Using our Services may involve fees as described in our pricing schedule. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Dispute Resolution

In case of transaction disputes, our support team will mediate according to our dispute resolution policy. Decisions made by our mediation team are final and binding.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Using the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our Systems
• Engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing activities
• Distributing viruses or other malicious code
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person

We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SecureTrade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of our Services. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
